Cancellation, returns, and refunds

There are two different arrangements: purchases from individual sellers and subscription fees paid to Ambur for seller services. This website does not collect customer product payments or operate a checkout.
Product purchases from sellers
The seller who accepted your order handles fulfilment, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. Before paying, ask for the full price, delivery date, return eligibility and window, condition requirements, return shipping responsibility, refund method and timing, and warranty details in writing.
To request a remedy, contact the seller using the storefront’s details and provide your order reference or receipt, purchase date, product, and a description of the issue. Send photos only when useful and avoid exposing unrelated personal information.
Change-of-mind returns depend on the terms agreed with the seller. Food, perishables, hygiene-sensitive items, and custom products may have different arrangements. Those conditions do not remove remedies required by law for defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise non-compliant goods or services. A seller’s blanket “no refunds” statement cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
Seller subscriptions paid to Ambur
Contact izhan@dicathen.com about a duplicate or incorrect charge, an activation problem, cancellation, or a refund request for an Ambur subscription. Include the store name, payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not include full bank or card details, PINs, passwords, or verification codes.
Seller onboarding and subscription fees are paid through one-time Razorpay Checkout payments or a method arranged directly with DICATHEN. Payments do not renew automatically. These fees are non-refundable for change of mind, early cancellation, or unused time. This restriction does not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law, including any applicable remedy for failure to provide the agreed service. A duplicate or incorrect payment can be reported for investigation. Confirm the recipient, total fee, plan, and activation details before paying; consult the seller pricing page.
If you cannot resolve the issue
Use the consumer complaint form to report a seller or platform issue. Include the store or listing link and the outcome you are seeking. Ambur can receive and investigate reports about use of the platform; it cannot reverse a payment made directly to a seller through this website.
You retain the right to approach competent consumer authorities and courts. In India, the National Consumer Helpline (opens a new tab) offers a consumer grievance channel.
